This weekend was commitment Sunday at church. The church is full of the Holy Spirit and you can feel so much running through the entire congregation!!! The church is growing and we are busting at the seems...
We entered into the capital campaign .... praying, hopeing, wishing, praying...
People signed up to be on commities to support the campaign.
The final day was Sunday commitment Sunday.
We had a HUGE celebration after church Bar B Que and bouncies for the kiddos (and those adults who were kids at heart!)
As this week approached and I finished last min details of the All Church Event on Sunday the weather channel was calling for rain, and then for horrible storms...
Praying started for those making their commitment decisions and for the final events to come...
We could only trust that God would provide and no matter what He was going to be GLORIFIED...
Sunday came and no rain had fallen at 12 noon no rain had fallen at 2:30 as we left the church no rain had fallen!
Praise God because only He could have provided that shelter!!!
I lift up those in TN and MS who are dealing with the violent stomrs leftover mess... and pray for the gulf coast and the oil slick head their directions.
