90 to Nothing

I have to come on here and complain for a moment... or vent!

Work is crazy I am getting things thrown at me from every direction right now... my entire department is. I dont even know now what I am supposed to b doing, so I am giving myself a break to write on here.

We are in our busy time which comes around 2 times a year... and we are ALWAYS busy this is just added on to our normal reality. Not to mention we are in the middle of an audit and I am trying to wrap things up before I go on maternity leave...

I swear every waking moment I have 50 million things going through my head on what I need to get done, here at work, for the wedding this weekend, for Savannah's party next weekend and before maternity leave starts. I wish there was a way that when I think something it can be wriiten down for me and I will remember everything I have thought of... but usually I am not near a en and paper.....

So this is my life for the next few weeks!

Thank goodness for then kindness of a lady at church, she knows the stress I am under at work and the fact that I have had contractions and labor pains already. She brought us dinner Monday night and last night... it was wonderful and so nice to know that I did not have to get home from work and cook!

It is hard for me to accept the food and help, I am usually the one to offer to help and stuff and I am always a doer that when I am receiving I feel guilty.... but it has def been a nice gift this week!

Less than 2 weeks until I am considered full term and less than 5 weeks until my due date... Ill be a momma of 2 before long!

Head Down, Butt on the Right and Feet Kicking the Left

That would be how my little man is chilling out in my tummy right now! I was wondering what parts I was feeling where.... on my right side I feel a large item moving around... on the left side I feel medium movements... and down low I keep feeling small little movements.... so his head is down low and I feel his little hands moving around down there.... then his butt is on my right side and when he streches it kinda hurts! then his little feet get to going on my left side....

That is what I thought but could not decide if he was head down or up!!!

Blood pressure is perfect... no swelling so far... still hurting down low but now we know it is because he is head down putting pressure down there!... everything else is going good...

I have dropped some so he is VERY low.....

7 to 10 weeks and counting!!!!

____________________________________________________________________

Little irritated with the husband right now.... but I am trying to get over it... he is not quite understnading that in a few weeks going to sleep at 7:30 is going to be a thing of the past and that I can not and should not be the only one up at night taking care of both kids...

I expressed my worries this morn and he said he would come up with a plan today and we would talk about it....

HERE IS THE PLAN..... (no questions)

He needs to get up at night and help... not just let Savvy crawl in bed with him and go back to sleep she needs to understand that we sleep in that bed she sleeps in hers and baby L will be in his soon enough... but instead the wonderful hubby of mine just lets her curl up with him so he does not have to actually WAKE UP or GET UP and do something ..... ARGH I was a little peeved last night when she had some tight terrors that woke her up at 930 (I had just gotten to sleep) 100 and 300.... oh yeah and 430 but by then I was about to get up so I just let her sleep on the couch next to me.... I mean if we are about to get up then yes it is fine to let her sleep the last little bit with us but not all night long starting at 930....

Okay sorry for my rant this morn.... lack of sleep.... uncomfy... freaking out a little bit that I will be doing EVERYTHING....

A long productive weekend, a short work week

This wonderful long weekend provided the Moore household some time to work on some much needed house projects. My wonderful hubby finished up the screened in porch, cloroxed the house and eves... and started to add a fresh new coat of paint to the exterier (who could not match the greeny color the house was but found a close grey color that looks bright and clean so fresh on the house) I on the other hand had the indoor jobs....

Friday night I was full of energy for some reason and came home and swept, vacummed and mopped the floors.... then Saturday I pretty much vegged at the house while chaseing a 22 month old around and around.... then Sat night I got to enjoy a night out with some girls watching Auburn football... oh yeah and Bamma but I was more interested in the Auburn game of course (but the way they looked AWESOME and I am impressed, but back to my productive weekend)..... Sunday we went to church then came home and I started my "NESTING" well I started last weekend with the Kitchen organization... Sunday it was time for living room and dinigroom then to finish off some painting projects that I have been meaning to do.... all finished! Monday morn I got up hubby had to go to work and Savvy and I cleaned up the living room AGAIN and I organized her toys, then worked on her room organization and the nursery.... also I rearranged the DVDs in the livingroom so I could have some storage for some of my stuff....

but this weekend I am going to have to redo the DVDs and have them in ABC order..... my OCD annual "NESTING" is driving me crazy to have them in ABC order!!!!!! Also I have to organize the closet (my shoes are a mess thanks Savvy who loves wearing them) and the bathroom.... I swear the "NESTING" is driving me a little crazy cause I can not sit at home and do everything I want to do....

All this being said my mom seems to think that the wopping 8 weeks until I am full term will not happen she seems to think little mr is gonna come in mid Oct.... she and everyone I know keep telling me how low I am how much he has dropped and how HUGE I am.... which is fine with me cause I agree! On a positive note I am all baby so far... from the back end I dont look all that pregnant from the side BAM no mistaken it!!!! Can't hide it not at all!!!!!

So we have some busy weekes ahead of us.... my mom is working on the bedding.... I have some organizing to do..... hubby has some painting to do.... on top of that the 1st weekend in Oct we have a family reunion (that would be 3 weeks away) in Auburn which I really want to go to... then the following weekend some good friends are giving us a baby shower.... then the next weekend I plan on orgnaizing baby shower gifts.... then the next weekend I have a wedding reception to help give (oh Ill be so much help) then the last weekend in Oct on Halloween Savvy's Birthday party..... I can't wait..... get me through those few weekends and little mr can come on out and join us!!!!!!!

Well the week is 1/2 over and after today I have 1 day then the weekend.... short weeks are nice but schedules get tossed out the window and things tend to be a little CRAZY! Ill be happy for the weekend once it gets here!

22 week Dr apt

So I took the day off yesterday and ran to a few stores!!!! I finished getting some baby and birthday presents, got the material for Moebaby's bedding, got letters to hang in both kids rooms, got a few storage bins, just alot of items to finish up the rooms!!!!

I then went home and started painting!!!!!! The letters look GREAT!!!!!

Moebaby's are LCM.... L and M are orange with blue poka dots, the C is blue with orange!!!!

Moesavvy's are SLM.... all are purple with green pink and blue poka dots!!!!!

I will post pics once I have them hanging!!!!

I have another project to work on... I bought 4 canvas to paint on... 2 for each kid....... they will be the colors that cordinate with their rooms! I am going to have Moedaddy's, mine, and both of their hand prints on the canvas!!!!! I think it will be neat to see it all together!

So then I went to my drs apt.........

I gained like 2lbs, so I am finally gaining! But he said still I was not gaining much... well I am trying...He said he did not think it was a problem YET... my iron seemed good and everything else looked good too! I go back in 4 weeks (Aug 18) for my GLUCOSE test.... yucky!

Moebaby is on the move!!!! He is a little kicker!!!

I am 22 weeks, acording to ultrasounds he was measuring 5 days early so by that I am around 23 weeks....

So I have 18 weeks until my due date (Nov 22), 17 until the day he was measuring (Nov 17), and 15 until I can have him at anytime (Nov 1)!!! I am going to guess he will come around Nov 11... that was Moesavvy's due date.....

Wish the weekend could have been longer...

Back to work I go today!!! At least it is a short and quiet week around here!!!!

This weekend was such a nice and relaxing (kinda) weekend!!!

Saturday morn Jason went fishing and I went to the pool with some really good friends. Jason then brought us lunch!!!

Jennifer, Rusty, Lily, Kellie, Jason, Heidi, Anna, Rachel and Stephanie were all out at the pool. It was so much fun! The little girls had a blast playing together and so did the big girls!!! We stayed out there from 10 am until 2 pm... boy was it HOT!!!! The pool kinda felt like bath water... which was not that refreshing! But it was still so much fun and VERY enjoyable being out there and resting with good friends!!!

Then Saturday evening Jennifer and I went shopping then met up with Faith and her cousin to eat dinner. It was alot of fun shopping and eating. Jennifer bought little Grant some clothes at JCPenny's and so did I!!!!

Yep we decided on a name Alexander Grant Moore... Grant is what we will call him!!! Or at least I am 90% sure that is the name we have decided on...

Then Faith and I were headed to the movies and Jen was going home... until we missed the movie... called Jen and went to Old Navy for some more shopping!!! This time Faith bought little Grant some clothes! And I got Lily something and Savannah something! It was just a fun fun fun time!!!

Faith and I went to the 9:20 movie, The Proposal... and let me say it was such a wonderful movie, funny and well I want to see it AGAIN!!!!! Yes it was a chick flick but there sure were alot of guys in there rolling on the floor it was so funny!!! I would say it was a romantic comedy that was funnier and alot better than I had planned on it being!!!!!

I can not wait until June 15th that is when Harry Potter comes out... granted we prob will not go that day to see it but maybe we will. I know we are getting a BIG group together to go and see it!!!! 2 more weeks!!!!! Then in Nov we already have a group getting together for Twilight!!! I love going to the movies!!!!

Sunday Jason and I got up and worked the Hospitality team, then Childrens Church and then went to Sunday school... there was a message in every lesson and they all tied together. Childrens Church was about silly fights and anger, the sermon we missed was about anger and SS was about anger. I am thinking we needed to hear about anger!!!! All the lessons were WONDERFUL!

After church we went to Cracker Barrel with some friends then home... I had a headache and wanted to try and take a nap to get rid of it... then maybe go to the pool... never made it to the pool! But I did have about 1.5 nap!!! Then it was thundering and I decided we were just going to stay home and rest!!!!

Savannah has started saying several new words and putting some together!!!!

Yummy
Brubba (Brother)
Where is it? when she is looking for something
Night Night
No (not happy about this word!)

She is doing great feeding herself... Miss Ind! And she loves her toddler bed now and we put her down and she plays and talks until she is ready for sleep but does not get down!!!!

In the next couple of weeks our house is going to go through a makeover...

Savannah is changing rooms, getting a daybed (that was mine) and some new furniture!!!! Grant will be moving into her room in Nov :) and we will be painting the room some other shadde... Jason does not like the green for a little boy... he is a weirdo!!! So that is the plan... we have our work cut out for us!!!!

We also will move the desk and computer into our room and try to get the living room ready for baby stuff again!!!!

Count Your Blessings 1, 2, 3

I love that song.

Jason and I have been so blessed in our lives. I just feel that I need to express it and thank God for it on here as I have in prayers.

1. God brought Jason and I to each other, as we tell each other "A PERFECT FIT" ~ when Savannah was born Jason gave me a necklace from Kay Jewlers and the name of the series was Perfect Mates, it was part of the Journey series... it has emeralds and diamonds on one band and a gold band that fits together with it PERFECTLY. Thank you God for having each other in our lives
2. We have a precious little girl, Savannah. What a miracle any child is, and I enjoy watching her gorw and learn in the world. Kids are so cute and curious!!!
3. God has now blessed us another time with a little BOY, God is knitting him together inside me right now. How cool is it to be prat of a true miracle???
4. Jason and I have wonderful parents who raised us to be the strong man and woman we are today. They taught us how to live, work, and care for others. With our parents comes a HUGE family of caring and giving people.
5. We have such a wonderful group of friends, they are a support and encourage system.
6. We have a church home where we are involved and get to celcbrate Him all the time.

There are so many more...

Thank you Dear Lord for all that you have given to us.

Happy Mother's Day

So I have a busy weekend ahead of me but wated to say to all my mother friends out there (mostly everyone who reads this blog) that you are wonderful and that becoming a mother has been the best thing to ever happen to me. I was used to bring one of Gods miricles into this world, you can not be part of a better experience!

Thank you to my mother and all you ladies who have inspired me, lifted me up, and been there to help me in this fantastic journey.

Celebrate you and other women like you this weekend, and rejoice in the miricles God has given all of us!!!!!!

Thank you Dear Lord for every single one of my lady friends, whether they are mothers, are expecting their 1st baby, or in the process of trying to become a mother. To enter the journey of motherhood is the best thing in the world! Bless each and everyone of them and send more joy into their lives!

Amen!
