Well I about started off my morning in one very awesome way... as I headed to work this morn the last thing I though about was ICE... it was 34 outside surley not cold enough for ICE.... boy was I wrong.
I hit a patch of what they call "black ice" or something slick on Hwy 31 by Brookwood Hospital... the road did not look overly wet, but there is a spot there on the road that always has some water over it... well my car slipped and I swerved back and forth barley missing the gaurdrale and other cars around me.... talk about scary.... I kept my head during the situation and did not hit the gas or the breaks and got my car back under control.... and then once it was under control I had my PANIC ATTACK....
Not kidding if I had not been on the phone with my sister in law I would have completly lost it! My chest and heart are still pounding and it happened 30 mins ago..... I had to sit in my car for 10 or 15 mins just to calm down enough to walk inside my building....
What a way to start a day when I was already in a bad mood and not feeling well.
